This was so wonderful to work on. One of my classmates had brought me a jacket she thrifted to have me paint something on it because she knew painting on clothes is something that i enjoy and had done in the past. she gave me full creative control but with two things to keep in mind- a specific color pallet, and something fantasy but not outwardly feminine. i applied a concept i had been sitting on for a while, tweaked it to fit her specifications and she was very happy with it! it always makes my heart so full to be able to make specific art for specific people and for it to resonate with them, it makes them feel very special. i used acrylic paint and a textile medium to make the paint appropriate for fabric.
